I called Casa Azul to help me with a move out cleaning. The customer service team was super friendly and responsive. I had contacted other companies but they replied until a few days later. Casa Azul came to give me an estime which was fair. I especially liked their professionalism when I met with them and when they came to do the job. The best advice you'll find if you're looking for someone to clean your house is this: steer clear of Casa Azul. This family has no scruples whatsoever about taking advantage of people they do business with. The owner, Isabel Gonzalez, helped my former landlord (whom she later admitted was family) gouge our security deposit by giving him a receipt for cleaning that was DOUBLE what the company normally charges for a house the same size as ours was. (They charged $280 to clean an already-cleaned 2 bed, 1.5 bath house empty of furniture. When I asked Isabel (anonymously) how much they usually charge in such a case, she said $140-175.)
